Streaming Video Online Access
The Library is now offering streaming video with these online databases:
- American History in Video ASP
- BBC Shakespeare Plays
- Ethnographic Video Online ASP
- Counseling & Therapy in Video ASP
- Dance in Video ASP (UM Ann Arbor access only)
- Filmakers Library Online ASP
- Opera in Video ASP (UM Ann Arbor access only)
- Theatre in Video ASP
- Paley Center iCollection (UM login and registration required)
- World History in Video ASP
Flint users can access the ASP collections through the Online Resources list or the Film: Online Resources list.
These databases offer links to specific programs that instructors can add to CTools course sites for student access. Users can create playlists of whole videos, film clips, and Web content that can be saved and shared. Video from Alexander Street Press (ASP) databases can be viewed alongside synchronized transcripts and can be downloaded to Apple or Android phone (good for 48 hours).
