The University Library provides a service to stream complete films in support of instruction. Streaming video is a method to deliver video content to computers desktops, without downloading that content. Depending on whether permission or a streaming license is available, Askwith Media Library staff can stream feature films and documentaries via an instructor's class CTools site. This delivery mechanism allows instructors to efficiently "reserve" films for course-related use, and allows students to view required films outside of class time.
To find out more about our list of licensed films and our growing collection of online video products, please see our Library Digital Films Service guide.
A special note to instructors: We are taking your streaming film requests now for Spring/Summer term 2013. Please complete our Faculty Streaming Request form.
