The University Library provides an instant messaging (IM) service, as well as email, phone, and face-to-face services in all libraries, for answering your library- and research-related questions.
Not only can you IM with librarians via a dialog box on the library's web site and on various library Research Guides as well as in many CTools course sites, but you can also send a text message with the texting feature of your cell phone. Send a text to 734-315-0507 for access to highly-skilled reference staff.
