U-M's Library Catalog, Mirlyn

Mirlyn is the U-M electronic library catalog. Mirlyn identifies almost every item in the library and will point you to its location. Mirlyn indexes books, journals, magazines, newspapers, videos, music, government documents, images and more. It also links to all the online journals and article indexes that the University Library purchases.

What you won't find in Mirlyn are periodical articles indexed by topic or title. You'll need to use an article index to identify individual articles.

Use Mirlyn
  • to find out what books, etc. the library owns on your topic
  • to find out where a specific item is located in the library
